何とかここまで8.5キロ減に成功
着れる服もどんどん増えてきてる！！！
今回の目標は15キロ減やからあと6.5キロや〜
今回は頻繁に息抜きも挟んでるからあんまりストレスは感じひん
あと6.5キロまで減らせたら減らそうくらいの感じで頑張ろう(゜∀゜)

今日はよく行くCDショップの○かXでTHE ZUTONSのCDを100円でゲット(σ´∀`)σ ｹﾞｯﾂ!!
やった！！！


てか朝のニュースでみてんけどノラ・ジョーンズの新譜でてるのね〜〜
前回のもかなり新しい感じやったし今回のも楽しみやな〜〜
